The couple are enjoying being parents but the rapper suffered at the hands of his daughter recently when she flushed the 37-year-old star's iPhone down the toilet.
She said: "She took Kanye's phone and put it in the toilet and flushed it!"

As well as having a naughty streak North has been learning some words and is already able to identify the moon, much to the surprise of Kim Kardashian.
She told People magazine: "She is halfway potty trained, which is insane for her age. Last night, she looked up at the sky and pointed and said, 'Moon, Mom! Moon!' I couldn't believe she knew that."
While Kim is not known for her religiousness, she recently prayed that she could have another child because she is so keen to be pregnant again.
"I'm praying about it. I am not pregnant right now, not that I know of, but no, I'm not. I wish I was. I'm about 15 pounds heavier, but I'm not [pregnant.]"

Even though the reality star appeared to confirm she was expecting (well, she KIND of alluded to it), in an interview with the YouTube beauty channel Pixiwoo, her rep has told Page Six "she is not pregnant" - which pretty much clears that up.

So what exactly did Kim say to get tongues wagging? She talked about maternity wear and didn't really say anything about being pregnant at all - but you know what the bump watch brigade are like:
Talking about her style when she was expecting with North, she said:
"I wore my regular clothes and tried to … I just would buy a size up...I don't know if I would necessarily do it this time around"
The phrase "this time around" got everyone excited - but it turns out there's no baby Kimye on the way after all.

Kim said of the 16-month-old's generous gift: "Kanye had a box [with an Hermes bag in it] and I opened it up and it was all painted really cool and on my computer was this message that said 'Play' and it was a video of my daughter sitting outside painting the purse.
"I had thought it was this new artist who had painted this purse [but] it was my daughter. It was amazing."
Wow, North sounds like quite the fashion designer already!
But Kim wasn't only spoiled by her baby daughter - her hubby Kanye whisked her away for a 24-hour birthday treat.
"Kanye took me away for 24 hours and was like, 'What do I get the girl that has so much?' Sleep and no paparazzi and shopping at The Gap," Kim said. "We spent two hours shopping at The Gap and we haven't been there in years. We bought cream sweaters - we bought like five of them and we're going to reconstruct them and make things out of them."
Well, they sure know how to do birthdays in the Kardashian-West household - just imagine what Kim's 40th will be like!

We all know Kim Kardashian has a strong work ethic, and it looks like she wants her daughter to follow suit.
Kim has told ES magazine that she wants North to find a job and pay her own way when she is older - just like she did.
Despite the fact that the Kardashian Klan have always been rolling in money, Kim said that she worked at a clothes shop when she was at school, and saved up all her wages to buy the things she wanted.

The 34-year-old reality star said: "I saved up for this Dolce & Gabbana dress I really wanted, or like in high school these Prada shoes that my parents wouldn't buy me.
"And I remember they were $400, and I had to save for the entire year to get them ... We didn't get anything [from her parents], we had to get a job if we wanted it. So I was working in a clothing store and I would save and save."
She added: "I was saying that earlier to my friends, 'I wonder what [North's] first job is gonna be'. And they were like, 'What? She's gonna have a job?' and I was like, 'Are you kidding me? Of course she is'. She will have to work for what she wants."
And rather hilariously, when asked what she thinks North will do what when she's older, Kim replied: "I don't know. She loves fashion. Maybe she'll be a designer. Who knows? It's too early to tell."
Luckily for North, she already has her first paycheck.

Kim admitted on the Today Show in Australia that she and her husband wanted a second child, after she was asked if fans could expect an announcement about a second baby soon.
"I hope so, we're trying," she revealed, adding "I guess, it's all in God's hands".
She then swiftly moved on after dropping that bombshell, to talk about family and how much she loved being Mrs West:
"I think [motherhood] has changed me so much, everything is put into perspective and nothing really matters apart from spending time with your family and doing things that really matter to you...I try not to miss a show and I love being on tour with him, it's been the best tour so far."
She also revealed that she's ditched using a stylist - and her husband is the only one who styles her now:
"I haven't worked with a stylist in the last two years and I think I've been getting more recognition for this evolution in style by using him as my stylist."

Kim Kardashian went on Ellen DeGeneres' show, and after getting drenched for charity, the two spoke about Kim's plans to expand her family with husband Kanye West.
The TV show airs this evening, but Kim definitely talks baby making - but don't worry folks, it's not a case of TMI.
She talks about wanting a load of siblings for daughter North West, but admitted that the reality of looking after more than child is quite daunting.
She told Ellen: "I just went to San Diego to give my pregnant sister a break, I took care of my niece, nephew, and my daughter. To bathe them - all three - feed them, get them in their pyjamas and down for bed, I was literally crying!
"It was so hard, three kids. I don't know how my mom did it with six."
But not too off-putting we hope, we really want North to grow up with a brother or sister.
"I'll go for two, but then again I have so many siblings and I love it, they're my best friends and I would love that for my kids. So I'm going to do two and see how it goes. I don't think [I'd have] six, but maybe three or four - I go back and forth."

Don't they grow up so fast? Little North West, the most famous baby in the world other than Prince George, has achieved big things this week: starting her first swimming lessons AND taking her first steps!

Well... She revealed some cute details about her life with her baby girl, how motherhood is "the most rewarding feeling" - and the challenges she faced being a working mother:
"I took a hiatus after I had the baby, and found it challenging to start working again because I didn't want to spend any time away, but you adjust and prioritise, and just figure it out" she revealed, before adding:
"It is an adjustment trying to balance a career and motherhood, for sure, but the key is to prioritize. You become more selective and work on projects that are so meaningful because you want every other waking moment spent with your family."
So when she's not working and is at home, what's her favourite thing to do with Baby North? She loves "laughing" along with her daughter, but also naptime:
"My absolute favourite thing is taking a nap with her. We cuddle and fall asleep holding each other. It's my favourite time to just snuggle with her."
Kim said she's also learnt some lessons from motherhood too - to "make time for yourself" and to not worry about anything other than a happy and healthy family:
"Motherhood has taught me that family is everything and not much else matters! I was brought up to value family, but it's a whole new meaning when it is your own family. All of the small things that used to affect me, I just don't have time to bother with it anymore."

We have to say, it's bringing back all the fond memories of SJP's 'Carrie' name necklace in Sex and The City - move over Carrie, there's a new trend setter in town and it's Kanye West - who'd have thought it?

Revealing the above pic, Kim Kardashian can be seeing holding North - who looked pretty as a picture in her suede birthday dress and floral head dress - and you can even see daddy Kanye West smiling - yes, your eyes are NOT deceiving you.
Admittedly the three tiered cake is pretty garish, adorned with daisies and a candle, but it looks like Kimye are trying to get little North to blow out her cake.

Ah, Kimye. Just when we thought all North West was getting for her birthday was her ears pierced and a naptime snuggle with Kanye, you go and do THIS.
The Kardashians threw their newest arrival a festival-themed birthday party called "Kidchella" over the weekend - and dutifully posted the whole thing on Instagram so we could see just how to throw a one year-old's birthday party when you are loaded reality stars.
Held in Kourtney's vast back yard, there was a ferris wheel (which North probably couldn't ride):

North West is only 6-months-old, but already, she has one helluva stylish wardrobe! Who needs Santa Claus when you've got the likes of Stella McCartney, Hermes Paris, Giuseppe Zanotti, and Charlotte Olympia sending you presents, hey!?
North's mum, Kim Kardashian revealed the elaborate gifts on her Instagram account and thanked the designers for their thoughtful Christmas presents.
"Thank you so much Giuseppe for the amazing shoes you made for North! WE LOVE YOU [sic]", Kim wrote to Giuseppe Zanotti as she posted a photograph of a pair of white fringe booties and jewelled ballet flats.
Stella McCartney showered North with gifts, and Kim showed her appreciation to the British fashion designer: "Thank you so much Stella for these adorable clothes for Nori! @stellamccartney xoxo"
Adding to North's already impressive shoe collection, she now has the cutest ballet flats from Charlotte Olympia (favoured by the likes of Alexa Chung, Taylor Swift, and Katy Perry). Kim captioned the photo: "Thank you Charlotte for the cutest kitty shoes for North! Xo"

Kim felt the need to set the record straight after accusations of eyebrow threading/plucking/waxing etc were made after she posted the cutest picture ever of 6-month-old North.

"She is eating lots of lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and avocado, carbs, fruits, veggies and cheese," a rep for Atkins said.

Talking about being a dad, the rapper said: "It takes time to understand" the enormity of the transition.
"You've made a brand-new person. The thing I think about as a dad is just protection. That's my only goal -- to protect my daughter. That's my instinct."
But the rapper hasn't mastered all elements of being a dad: "I'm embarrassed when I can't work a car seat," he admitted.

According to Us Weekly, a source close to the pair has revealed that "a wedding is in the works". Speaking to the publication, the mole said: "They've been discussing marriage for a while."
A source close to Kardashian added: "Kanye has never been married before and wants a big wedding… So Kim is getting used to the idea again!"
After Kardashian's ill-fated 2011 nuptials to Kris Humphries, the reality TV star and new mother was said to want to avoid a big ceremony. However, as this will be West's first wedding, the rapper is said to want "something really cool and big and over-the-top."
Kanye has never been married before and wants a big wedding… So Kim is getting used to the idea again!
Although the event would not be televised (unlike Kim's last wedding), an insider close to the pair said that, "they'll most likely have a destination wedding", with many speculating that the two might tie the knot near West's Paris home.
Making it official with Kardashian is also said to be top of his of priorities at the moment, a source revealed: "He wants to get married more than she does!"

Reportedly inspired by President Obama's Limo One, the 36-year-old rapper has spent $1.2 million each for two Prombron Iron Diamonds by Dartz Motorz. (Yep... We don't know what those are, either.)
On the Dartz website, the Iron Diamond is said to prevent "kidnapping, hijacking and other problems which can meet rich and lonely lady on the street.'"
Indeed, the couple's extra security measures may not come as a surprise to those close to the family, after Us Weekly reported that West "doesn't leave North for more than an hour" and he tenderly "holds the baby all the time."

Meanwhile, Kardashian's mother Kris Jenner has jumped to the defence of her daughter and Kanye West after Barack Obama criticised the pair.
In a discussion with Kindle last week, Obama bemoaned the "shift in culture" amongst today's young generation, saying: "Kids weren't monitoring every day what Kim Kardashian was wearing or where Kanye West was going on vacation and thinking that somehow that was the mark of success."
Speaking on her talk show Kris, Jenner responded to Obama's remarks: "I read this and I thought, 'Wow'… I mean, it's really great that people aspire to get a great job, and I too wanted that when I was growing up and I graduated from high school and I really wanted to work hard and succeed. But I wasn't aware that you could only set the bar so high and that we could only dream so big. I was taught, 'Dream big, work hard, and you could have whatever you wanted'."

Jenner also targeted Obama over his comments that saw him remark that people never use to aspire to 10,000-square-foot homes: "I thought, 'Wow, I bet the president has some friends with 10,000-square-foot houses, and you probably wouldn't mind going over there, Mr President, when you were asking them to have a party for you when you were campaigning for dollars to run for president'."
The reality TV star-turned-chat show host also said that she it found it "odd" that Obama would criticise Kardashian and West, saying: "Kanye West, first of all, doesn't go on vacation. Ever. And Kim Kardashian is the hardest-working young lady in the world. She never sleeps, she never stops, she never slows down and works so hard for what she's got. I was thinking about her 10,000-square-foot house, and I thought, 'Wow, her job affords her to live in a 10,000-square-foot house'. And I think, if I'm not mistaken, Mr President's job affords him to live in a 55,000-square-foot house."
Jenner continued: "You poke at someone and you criticise someone for living a lifestyle... I'm sure that when he was growing up, his dream was, 'One day, I want to become president of the United States and have this wonderful, fabulous life'. That was his dream. I just didn't think we should put a cap on [dreams]. Bruce Jenner's big thing is, 'Dream big, work hard'. We all want to aspire and do whatever we want. I don't think it's such a bad thing to want to be our best and do our best and have nice things."

Earlier in the show, Kris hinted at how her daughter was getting on with being a mum, revealing she's "eating really well and working out and nursing" and "trying to get back to a happy place."

Five employees and a student research assistant at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre, where Kim Kardashian gave birth, have been fired after hospital records showed that procedures had been breached.
Apparently the employees had been "inappropriately accessing" patient medical records between June 18 and June 24, which was the period when Kim was recovering from giving birth to her daughter North West.
Officials at the hospital won't publicly name the patients affected, although it is rumoured that the reality TV star was telephoned and warned that her records had been accessed.
TMZ claims that the Kardashian family are the ones who raised the alarm after details of North's birth were leaked to the press.
Cedars-Sinai's chief privacy officer David Blake said that the health centre has "a high standard for security", adding: "Unauthorised access to any patient's record is, quite simply, unacceptable."

Kim Kardashian and her baby North West are thought to be moving out of Kris Jenner's home.
The reality TV star moved in with her mother after giving birth on 15 June but had some initial reservations about living with her parents again.
In Sunday's episode, which was filmed before Kim gave birth, she is seen taking issue with her mother's choice of interiors.
"I can't take a shower in a black shower," Kim said.
"The toilet paper's black. I like to see what I'm s****ing and what I'm wiping."
The episode comes after it emerged that Kim and Kanye West had found a mansion to rent while their Bel Air home is renovated.
"Kim and Kanye have finally settled on a temporary mansion for their family to move into. It should be ready for them to move in the next two weeks," an insider revealed.
"It's over 8,000 square feet and offers complete privacy, which was a big concern of Kanye's. The security system is being upgraded and Nori's nursery is being outfitted with surveillance cameras."
Apparently North's safety is of the upmost importance to Kim and Kanye.
"When it comes to Nori's safety, Kanye isn't taking any chances. Kim has had stalkers in the past, so nothing is being left to chance."

Kanye West is rumoured to have paid a doctor to check over North West every day since she was born.
The rapper, who welcomed his baby daughter with Kim Kardashian two weeks ago, is also thought to be over-protective of the infant.
A friend close to the couple told US Weekly: ''He's a super worry-wart about her. He pays a doctor to come almost every day to make sure she's completely fine."
However, they added that Kanye has not yet got involved with any nappy changing.

However, according to TMZ, the reality TV star plans to give every penny made from the snaps of her daughter to charity.
Kris' show will debut on 15 July, and it was thought that she would use the high profile birth of her granddaughter in a bid to boost ratings.
But the gossip site claims Kim has decided to take the multi-million magazine offer instead.
Reports suggest that Kanye might have been behind the decision to donate the proceeds in order to maintain some level of privacy.
The first picture of Kim Kardashian after the birth of North West emerged on Khloe Kardashian's Facebook page last week.

Kim Kardashian has finally broken her Twitter silence for the first time since she gave birth to baby North West.
The reality TV star wished her sister Khloé Kardashian happy birthday yesterday, as she shared two collages of the Kardashian sisters when they were little, as well as other more recent shots.
Captioning the first post, Kim wrote: "The birthday girl! I love you so much!"
She added that Khloe was "the most loyal & supportive person on the planet!" on the other.
Kim, who usually has a frequent social media presence, has maintained complete silence across the networks since she welcomed baby North on Saturday 15 June 2013.
Khloe celebrated her birthday with an adult pyjama party. The star wore patterned nightware and shared a few silly shots of herself on her Twitter account.
"Kourt, I jacked your picture!" she captioned one photo, in which Kourtney, Khloe, and six other female friends.
"Pajama party and high kicks! Pretty perfect cooking class!"
The group were apparently attempting to show off their cheerleading skills.
In a separate photo, Kourtney is pictured in black polka-dot pyjamas. However, sister Kim was nowhere to be seen.

Kris Jenner has revealed the true meaning behind Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's directional baby name for North West.
The Kardashian matriarch spilt the beans during an appearance on The View to promote her new talk show Kris.
"I love the name North - I'm pro North, absolutely," she said. "The way [Kim] explained it to me was that North means highest power and she says that North is their highest point together."
"I thought that was very sweet," she added.
However, Jenner was quick to point out that the baby girl's surname isn't an issue.
"You don't walk around calling somebody North West - you just [call them by their first name]," she said.
Meanwhile, Kim's brother Rob Kardashian also showed his support for the baby name, saying it "sounds cool".

The reality TV star was apparently using the mocked-up images as bait to see which of her pals would be most likely to sell them to the press.

The Daily Mail reports that the pictures showed a baby wrapped in a blanket and were sent to the couple's closest associates.
One of her friends apparently fell fowl of the trick, and was caught out trying to sell them to a publication.
Meanwhile, a source close to the couple has told E! News that the pair are enjoying caring for their newborn.
"They are splitting duties," the insider said. "Kanye is so hands-on. He's changing diapers."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's little girl, who they've nicknamed "Nori" for short, was born five weeks prematurely. As a result, she weighed in at just 4 pounds 15 ounces at birth.
Speaking to US Weekly, a source close to the couple said: "She's tiny and perfect."
Another insider revealed: "She looks just like Kim -- with her dark hair and some of her features."
The first source went on to add that "Kim is breastfeeding," and that "the baby is healthy."
Kardashian, 32, and West, 36, were said to have endured a "frightening medical emergency" when doctors delivered baby North prematurely.

The entertainment outlet, and the network for Keeping Up With The Kardashians, exclusively revealed that the Editor of US Vogue gave the couple her blessing on the name when the couple dined with her on the eve of the Met Gala.
A source added: "That's not why they named her North, but it's nice to have Anna's blessing!"
Meanwhile, in more bizarre North West news, Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak admitted he's met baby Nori after Kim Kardashian invited him to.

During a recent New York Times interview, Kanye revealed that he expected his name to be regarded similarly to that of the late Steve Jobs.

The rapper, 36, is reportedly set to tie the knot with the reality TV star in Paris in September.
It is thought that Kanye asked for Kim's hand in marriage without a wedding ring, but reportedly splashed out on a £500,000 black diamond ring as a gift to his future wife to mark the baby's arrival.
A source told one British tabloid: "Kanye wasted no money in making sure Kim had the best of everything while she's in hospital.
"He has spent half a million on a ring as a push present and had it designed months ago in preparation.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have named their baby daughter North West, multiple sources appear to have confirmed.
Insiders close to the couple apparently verified the parents' decision, ending days of speculation over the child's official moniker.
According to US Weekly, Kim and Kanye will give their child the nickname "Nori for short".
The child has no middle name.
American gossip site TMZ also claim that they have seen a copy of the child's birth certificate, which had the name North West on it, and the signatures of both Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, at the Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles where she was born.
Similarly, People magazine have since confirmed the news with a close friend of the Kardashian family.
The name North had been previously suggested by the media - including GLAMOUR.com - as a possibility for the child, although many Kardashian fans assumed the spelling would be "with a K" at the start of it, in keeping with family tradition.
North West began trending on Twitter within minutes.
Neither Kim Kardashian nor Kanye West have commented or confirmed the name themselves, however.

Kim Kardashian has broken her silence following the birth of her and Kanye West's baby girl.
Although she is still yet to comment publically on the new arrival, Ryan Seacrest revealed on his KIIS-FM radio show that she had responded to his email of congratulations to the star.
She apparently replied: "Can't believe it - it's so crazy!"
Seacrest went on to tell his listeners that he does not know the name of the baby, but said that Kim was "very, very excited" about it.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are yet to officially reveal the name of their baby daughter, but rumour has it the girl has been called Kaidence Donda West in loving tribute to Kanye's late mother.
According to MediaTakeOut.com, a nurse at the Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles revealed the baby's name and confirmed that it was to honour Kanye's mother, who was called Donda.
Family insiders apparently also claimed that the name was "repeatedly mentioned" in the hospital room. A source also told the website that "Kaidence is gorgeous".
It was suggested that the couple had called their daughter Kai Georgia Donda West. Georgia was thought to represent the place where Kanye grew up.
Further to Khloe Kardashian's statement on the new family arrival, Kris Jenner added: "We're all good ... and extremely happy and thrilled for the new baby. She's doing great and she's beautiful."

The singer, who herself is a mother to baby Blue Ivy Carter, shared a special image of the couple on her website, days after the reality TV star gave birth in Los Angeles.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are close friends of the couple, as Jay-Z famously collaborated with West on his 2011 album Watch The Throne.

The Kardashian sister was the first member of the reality TV family to confirm reports that the couple had welcomed their first child in Los Angeles on Saturday - one month before the baby was due to be born.
Kim was admitted to Cedars Sinai Hospital after feeling "a little off" on Friday evening, before the baby arrived five weeks prematurely.

According to the Mail Online, the 32-year-old reality TV star was admitted to her birthing suite at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Saturday morning. Hours later Kardashian gave birth to a baby girl with her partner Kanye West and mother Kris Jenner at her side.
Mother and daughter are said to be in good health, despite the baby's premature arrival.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's due date was reportedly 11th July - the same day as Kate Middleton. Meanwhile no further details about the famous couple's baby daughter have been released nor what they will name their daughter.
The happy news follows the couple's announcement that Kardashian was pregnant in December.

According to HollywoodLife.com, the famous men's magazine would be "all about" having Kim pose for them after she gives birth and would shoot a new spread of her "in a heartbeat."

The reality TV star revealed that she has struggled to keep her confidence up as she nears her due date, admitting that despite her love of high-fashion togs, she has now resorted to "wearing anything that fits".

Kim Kardashian has opened up about becoming a mother for the first time.
The reality TV star made the admission in a Mother's Day note to her grandmother, mother Kris Jenner and sister Kourtney Kardashian, which she posted on her official website.
She wrote: "Mother's Day is one of my favorite holidays because it's a special day to honor my role model and best friend... As I'm counting the days until I finally get to be a mother, I'm a bit nervous and anxious but also excited knowing that I learned from the very best.
"My mom is a strong and ambitious career woman that despite her busy schedule and the millions of things she has going on, she still manages to put family first and continues to look out for us every day. I'm honored to follow in her footsteps and make her proud like I am of her."
She added: "And also my wonderful grandma MJ, such a strong and inspirational woman in my life! I love you so much!"
Kardashian, 32, also paid homage to her sister Kourtney, who she revealed had been advising her on impending motherhood.
"My sister, best friend, and mentor has also taught me so much about motherhood from being the most incredible mom to Mason and Penelope. She is super woman... And I am so lucky to have her as my guide and confidant as I too become a mother."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly undecided on a baby name.
However, despite reports that the two may have already settled on naming their daughter North, or a name beginning with the letter K - in the style of Kardashian and her siblings - Kim has revealed that they may have other ideas.
Speaking to Extra, she said: "I think it would be really cute because Kanye and I are both K's, but half the names on our list aren't K's... We still have time, [so we'll do] whatever feels right."
Kardashian added that her rapper boyfriend "wants something that's unique."
The 32-year-old star also opened up about her new pregnancy curves: "There are maybe two or three covers just this week that say I am 200 pounds. I'm like, 'You are 60 pounds off here!'... It wouldn't even bother me if I gained all the weight. And I have the biggest sweet tooth and I love junk food. Being pregnant I don't like any of it."
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also opened up about her pregnancy cravings, revealing that she hadn't yet had the urge to eat junk food.
"I'm waiting for the moments when someone's like, 'Let's go to McDonald's and Taco Bell!' That's not happening for me and I'm kind of sad about it." She joked.
However, Kardashian also revealed that after her hospital scare earlier this month, she has been cutting down on her work commitments.
"I'm not going to lie and be like, 'Oh, it's been amazing and I've adjusted great... At the beginning it was tough for me when your body changes so much, but once you kind of grasp that and embrace it, it's amazing."
She added: "I kind of split up my days. I'll do half a day of work and then I'll do half day of really just resting and taking care of myself... But I haven't been tired at all."

Kim Kardashian has admitted that her pregnancy is becoming "more difficult" and isn't as straight forward as it looked for her mother and sister Kourtney.
The reality TV star confessed that she is finding it increasingly difficult to get around as she nears the latter stages. She is rumoured to be expecting a baby girl in July.
Speaking to E! News, she said: "Being pregnant is not as easy as my sister [Kourtney Kardashian] made it look or as my mum [Kris Jenner] has made it look.
"It's a little painful. I've gotten sick a couple times. It's getting a little bit more difficult [to get around].
"I like to be active but I've been chilling out. I took a week off, just to rest and it was amazing."
She also said that her pregnancy cravings had taken a healthier turn.
"I'm craving carrots and ranch dressing. I used to love sweets, I used to love chocolate, can't even eat chocolate!"
Kim raised concerns among her fans when it was reported she suffered a pregnancy scare earlier this month.
However, her sister Khloe quickly put fears to rest.
"A lot of you have expressed concern in the recent hours about Kim, and I just wanted to let you all know that mommy and baby are doing fine and just taking it easy right now," she said.

Kim Kardashian was apparently rushed to her doctors after a pregnancy scare on Tuesday night.
According to reports, the 32-year-old reality TV star, who is expecting her first child with rapper Kanye West, complained that she was feeling unwell after arriving back in Los Angeles from Paris before making an emergency trip to visit her physician.
Speaking to the New York Post, a source alleged: "Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris, and called friends as soon as she landed.
"She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage."
Kim was then reportedly discharged at around 12.30am on Wednesday morning after being reassured that both mother and baby were fine.
However, it is thought that she has been advised to limit the amount of exercise she is doing and to take it easier.
Kim apparently works out for seven days a week with her celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson in a bid to control her pregnancy weight gain.
"Kim's not respecting her pregnancy. She's running around, working out seven days a week," the source added.
"She's working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer."
Kim recently commented that she had been exercising to maintain her regime, and that she is aware that she will likely put on a few pounds over the course of her pregnancy.

The rumours were sparked after Kim's best friend and stylist, Jonathan Cheban, was snapped shopping for baby clothes in Beverly Hills.
Cheban was snapped holding several blue items in the store, hinting that that star could indeed be set to have a baby boy.
However, whether the clothes were a gift for Kim herself or for another of Cheban's friends or clients remains unclear.

He alleges that he drove Kanye to hotels where he would meet up with the reality TV star, and was explaining why he and Kanye fell out when girlfriend Jen interjected:

Speaking to E! News, the mum-to-be admitted that the couple are "not sure yet" on what name they'll give the tot and revealed that they still "have to think about" whether or not they'll give their newborn a name beginning with 'K' to carry on her family's tradition.
She said: "I have to discuss that with my boyfriend to see where we are. But we'll keep the name private, I think, whenever we decide."
The reality TV star also reiterated claims that she made earlier, that her son or daughter will not be appearing on her E! reality TV show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
She said: "[I don't] want my career to overshadow the love in my life... I feel like I have divulged so much in the past. Not that that was wrong, but I just choose to be a little bit more private this time around, just for me and my family."
Kardashian also spoke of her desires to keep her romance with West under wraps, too.
"I like to keep all that stuff about why it's so perfect and why it works and all that just between us."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have bought a plush $11million Bel Air home together.
According to gossip site TMZ, the pair are now the proud owners of a spacious 10,000-square-foot home in a private gated community.
Kardashian and West would join a host of celebrity neighbours, including Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux.
The report suggests that the couple have already gutted the inside of the mansion, and are planning to add an extra 4,000-square-foot. West, who is renowned for his love of interior design, is apparently planning on creating "an Italian-style villa, with a gym, movie theatre, full hair and make-up salon, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool."
There will also be a nursery for the future baby.

Kris Jenner has defended her pregnant daughter, Kim Kardashian, against Twitter trolls by posting a furious message to her followers on Facebook yesterday.
The Kardashian matriarch rallied against statements made by Kim's Twitter followers after she posted a picture of herself partying on New Year's Eve in Las Vegas shortly after Kanye West announced that the couple were expecting their first child together.
Cruel remarks were made about the mum-to-be's weight, as well as her mother credentials. She was also described as being "busted and old news" and accused of being "f****** up" to her unborn child.
Taking to the social networking site, Jenner posted: "Kim Kardashian is 32 & she's pregnant, but y'all hoes be 16 with 4 kids and no baby daddy.. & y'all calling her a slut? PLEASE, have a seat."
The comment sparked over 100,000 'likes' from Kardashian fans and hundreds of comments.
However, Kris later responded to followers to explain that she didn't actually write the angry remark herself.
"I just wanna say that I didn't write the status about Kim K pregnant, u hoes be 16.. blah blah!"
She continued: "Ugh!! I'm not like that... and... Never thought I would do such a big impact with it!"
However, she did admit that she agreed with it.
"By the way.. I think it's true! LOL," she wrote.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have revealed that while they are undecided on whether to feature their child on reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian won't agree to have the birth filmed like her sister Kourtney.
However, the E! network boss Suzanne Kolb indicated that the show will feature the couple preparing for the new arrival in the run-up to the birth.
"Like so many Kardashian fans, we love it when this close-knit family gets even bigger," Kolb said. "We look forward to sharing the joy as they prepare for more diapers, more bottles and, without a doubt, more fabulous baby wear."
The pair are also thought to be guarded about selling the first pictures of the baby when it is born.
Speaking to the New York Post, a source close to the couple said: "Like Jay-Z and Beyoncé did with their little Blue Ivy [they put the picture on Tumblr], Kanye will want to post the pictures his way, probably publicly through Twitter - which will no doubt put him at odds with matriarch Kris Jenner, who'll want to make a deal with the highest bidder."
Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian has spoken to E! News about how she's finding pregnancy so far, revealing that it is "not fun" and that she is suffering from "growing pains".

Kim said: "I take lots of naps. Actually I feel really good. This New Year is just about being happy and healthy and that's what I plan on doing.

The pair have been dating for just eight months.
Kim Kardashian is thought to be 12 weeks pregnant.
The pair were last spotted together watching Lamar Odom - Kim's brother-in-law - play basketball with his new team The Clippers on Christmas day. Kanye sat and tenderly held the reality TV star's hand throughout. However, they had to leave at half time as Kim became "unwell".
However, KimYe fans could be waiting a fair while yet to watch the couple walk down the aisle together: Kim is still married to estranged husband Kris Humphries. The basketballer has insisted on a court case for the divorce, as he claims the marriage was fraudulent and should have been annulled.
